Our Service<\/h2>\n

TalkCity.com is a random video chat platform operated on our own software, connecting users with one another for live, one-on-one conversations. The service is currently provided 100% free of charge: there are no subscriptions, premium features, or paid products of any kind on TalkCity.com. Should we introduce paid features in the future, these Terms and our Billing & Refunds policy will be updated before any such features go live.<\/p>\n

Any purchases you choose to make on third-party platforms linked from our Website \u2014 including through affiliate links \u2014 are transactions between you and that third party, governed by their terms, and Talk City is not a party to them.
