Talk City is not a place for abusive or disturbing content.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hate Speech and Discrimination<\/strong> \u2013 Attacking, insulting, or degrading others based on religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or age is strictly prohibited. Any form of hate speech or discriminatory conduct will result in a ban.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Harassment and Abuse<\/strong> \u2013 Harassing, stalking, or intimidating other users \u2014 whether through speech, images, or behavior \u2014 will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partial Nudity Without Face Visibility<\/strong> \u2013 Showing your bare chest is only allowed if your face is visible at the same time. This prevents anonymous indecent exposure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nudity or Underwear-Only Appearance<\/strong> \u2013 Appearing completely nude or wearing only undergarments on camera is never permitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sexually Explicit Conduct<\/strong> \u2013 The following actions are strictly banned:\n<ul>\n<li>Ba\u015fkalar\u0131ndan cinsel faaliyette bulunmalar\u0131n\u0131 istemek veya onlara bask\u0131 yapmak.<\/li>\n<li>Cinsel organlar\u0131 te\u015fhir etmek veya kameray\u0131 g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn alt\u0131na odaklamak.<\/li>\n<li>Kamera kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda mast\u00fcrbasyon yapmak veya cinsel eylemleri taklit etmek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advertising and Promotion<\/strong> \u2013 Talk City may not be used for promotion, advertising, or redirects of any kind. You can also skip to a new conversation at any time with a single click. To help us act quickly on support reports, include a screenshot of the violation when possible.<\/p>\n<h2>Uygulama ve Yasaklar<\/h2>\n<p>Talk City enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward serious violations. Multiple complaints against a user will result in automatic blocking, and bans for guideline violations are final.
