Talk City offers free, anonymous one-on-one conversations with strangers, no registration required. Our mission is to create a safe, spontaneous, and respectful space where people can connect — similar to other talk-to-strangers platforms, but with a stronger focus on user safety and positive interaction.

To keep Talk City welcoming for everyone, we ask all users to follow the rules below. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent bans.

Prohibited Conduct on Talk City

To maintain safety, respect, and compliance with international laws, the following activities are strictly forbidden on Talk City:

  • Access by Minors – You must be at least 18 years old to use Talk City. Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited, and suspected underage users will be removed immediately.
  • Offensive or Harmful Language – Vulgar, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, or otherwise harmful language is not permitted. Talk City is not a place for abusive or disturbing content.
  • Hate Speech and Discrimination – Attacking, insulting, or degrading others based on religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or age is strictly prohibited. Any form of hate speech or discriminatory conduct will result in a ban.
  • Harassment and Abuse – Harassing, stalking, or intimidating other users — whether through speech, images, or behavior — will not be tolerated.
  • Partial Nudity Without Face Visibility – Showing your bare chest is only allowed if your face is visible at the same time. This prevents anonymous indecent exposure.
  • Nudity or Underwear-Only Appearance – Appearing completely nude or wearing only undergarments on camera is never permitted.
  • Sexually Explicit Conduct – The following actions are strictly banned:
    • Asking or pressuring others to engage in sexual activity.
    • Exposing genitals or focusing the camera below the chest.
    • Masturbating or simulating sexual acts on camera.
  • Advertising and Promotion – Talk City may not be used for promotion, advertising, or redirects of any kind. This includes:
    • Displaying links, messages, or promotional images/videos.
    • Using screen-sharing, video loops, or fake webcams to mislead or advertise.
    • Selling products, requesting donations, or promoting services.
  • Illegal or Exploitative Activity – Talk City must never be used to facilitate or promote illegal activity, including:
    • Sex trafficking or human trafficking
    • Prostitution or exploitation
    • Physical, sexual, or psychological abuse
    • Any other unlawful or harmful activities

Reporting Violations

If you encounter someone violating these guidelines, you can report them directly during or after the chat, or through our support system. You can also skip to a new conversation at any time with a single click. To help us act quickly on support reports, include a screenshot of the violation when possible.

Enforcement and Bans

Talk City enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward serious violations. Multiple complaints against a user will result in automatic blocking, and bans for guideline violations are final. Where required, unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
While our moderation tools and team work to enforce the rules, we also rely on our community to report inappropriate behavior. Your cooperation is essential in keeping Talk City safe, spontaneous, and enjoyable for everyone.
